Is Ledger Wallet A Good Idea?
The following excerpt is from evertiq .com’s article about the production collaboration between Ledger and French Electronics Manufacturing Services standout Lacroix:
Ledger has chosen Lacroix to manufacture its brand new product in France. Production of the Nano S Plus cryptocurrency wallets is taking place at the EMS provider’s new electronics plant, Symbiose.
For Ledger, having their products “made in France” is described as a strategic choice. It brings together many important factors such as geographical proximity, having a low carbon impact and agility.
Lacroix is not committing to continuing their current rate of Nano S Plus production, but for now they are still expecting to surpass 1 million units before 2023.
Here is Lacroix’s story of the production of the Nano S Plus.
